These Delivery and Return Terms govern the procedures and principles relating to the delivery of products and services ordered electronically by the Buyer through the website www.solidmatbaa.com, as well as return and exchange processes.

Every Buyer who places an order declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Orders are added to the production schedule after payment confirmation and completion of any design/approval processes.

For custom printing orders, production begins after the price quote, Buyer approval, and verification of the payment receipt.

The Seller reserves the right to partially or fully reject an order in cases of stock shortages, production capacity limits, or force majeure; in such cases the Buyer will be informed and any amount paid will be refunded.

Delivery time may vary depending on the order type, production workload, and the operational conditions of the courier company. The estimated delivery time is communicated at order confirmation or on the order tracking screen.

Products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the Buyer at the time of order through an agreed courier company.

If the Buyer is not present at the address or refuses delivery, the courier company's procedures apply; additional waiting or shipping charges may be borne by the Buyer.

Shipping and delivery fees are shown separately in the order summary. Free shipping may apply during promotional periods; such cases are announced on the website.

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and additional shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

The Buyer is obliged to check that the packaging is undamaged when receiving the product.

In cases of damaged or incomplete delivery, a record must be made on the delivery receipt and notification must be sent to info@solidmatbaa.com within 48 hours at the latest.

Under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from approved distance sales contracts within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the goods are delivered to the Buyer or to a third party designated by the Buyer.

Withdrawal notice must be sent in writing to info@solidmatbaa.com.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared according to the Buyer's requests or personal needs, or custom-made products (custom printing, personalized design, etc.).

For products that cannot be returned by nature, opened packaged goods unsuitable for return for hygiene and health reasons, and digital content, the provisions of applicable legislation are reserved.

For returns within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused and in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs are subject to applicable legislation. The Seller informs the Buyer of the return address and process by email.

After the returned product reaches the Seller, payment is refunded to the Buyer's payment method within 14 days at the latest.

If the delivered product is defective, the Buyer may exercise optional rights arising from Law No. 6502 and related legislation (repair, replacement, price reduction, rescission of the contract).

Defect notifications must be sent to info@solidmatbaa.com together with the order number and visual evidence.
