Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is established electronically between the Seller whose details appear below and the Buyer who places an order through the website www.solidmatbaa.com, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

BUYER: The natural or legal person whose name, surname, address, phone, and email information is registered in the system at the time of order.

The subject of the Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service whose characteristics and sale price are specified in the order summary, ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's website.

The type, quantity, brand/model, unit price, subtotal, taxes, shipping fee, and total amount of the product/service are shown on the order confirmation screen and in the order confirmation email sent to the Buyer.

For custom printing orders, the design file, dimensions, quantity, and quoted unit/total price appear in the order details.

The Buyer accepts that before confirming the order they have read, understood, and given the required electronic approval of the pre-information form, delivery and return terms, and the provisions of this Agreement.

The Agreement enters into force at the moment it is approved electronically by the Buyer.

Payment is made by bank transfer/EFT, credit card, or other secure payment methods offered on the site.

Products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer on the order form through an agreed courier company. Delivery time may vary depending on the order type and is communicated to the Buyer.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods without giving any reason and without paying a penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification to the Seller at info@solidmatbaa.com within this period is sufficient.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for custom-made products prepared according to the Buyer's requests or personal needs (custom printing, etc.).

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the returned product must be unused and resalable. The refund is returned to the Buyer within legal time limits.

In case of defective goods/services, the Buyer may exercise optional rights arising from applicable consumer legislation.

For disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction took place are authorized according to monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.

The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all provisions of this Agreement at the moment of order confirmation.
